改进型人工免疫否定选择算法的比较研究

针对经典否定选择算法内在运行机制的缺陷,给出了两种改进型否定选择算法,即基于红黑树的快速否定选择算法和基于矩阵形式的否定选择算法,理论分析与仿真实验验证了两种改进型算法的优越性和有效性。     

低效林的近自然经营技术

探讨了低效林的概念与类型,分析了低效林的成因及其改造方法,并针对我国长江上游大面积低效林的现状,试图通过引进近自然经营技术理念,为大面积地改造低效林,实现森林的可持续经营提供指导.     

金中都公园的园林景观与历史文化展示

本文试以北京金中都公园设计和建设过程为例,论述如何将园林景观与历史文化的合理展示相结合。提出设计师的创作和实践应该与建设过程相配合,以匠人精神应对施工阶段的现场完形和设计提升。总结了设计项目从概念规划直至建成,设计师的全过程设计的重要性和必要性。探讨了景观与艺术专业的协同设计在文化表达和景观展示中的叠加效应。提出设计师对场地的挖掘和设计推敲,应该随着项目的施工建设进度并以现场设计为核心,并举例论述了现场调整对提升设计品质的重要作用。以期为公园改造和园林景观设计师的工作实践提供有益的参考和引导。     

A calibration method of detecting soil water content based on the information-sharing in wireless sensor network

In agricultural production, there is contradiction between the cost and accuracy of detection during the course of acquiring soil water content (θ) online. This conflict is one of the core issues of automatic water-saving irrigation technology in agriculture. At the same time, capacitive soil moisture sensor (CSMS) has received considerable attention, for it can acquire θ with low cost and high precision, and meet the application requirements of wireless sensor network (WSN). But CSMS is vulnerable to the soil temperature (T_s) and salinity (S_s) in the measurement process. Therefore, this study took EC-5 sensor for example to establish water detection calibration models of soil temperature and salinity for single sensor, using Least Squares Support Vector Machines on MatLAB (LS-SVMlab) as the tool. On this basis, we explored the spatial variability of T_s and S_s, and then a method, which could be used to calibrate the output signals of sensors in multi-point network, was proposed based on the information-sharing (T_s or S_s) technology of WSN. Through laboratory experiment, we effectively reduced the impact of soil temperature and salinity on the single sensor. In example analysis, we investigated the detection precision and costs under different information-sharing radiuses (r). And the results indicated that the method we proposed based on the information-sharing technology of WSN could successfully calibrate the influence of soil temperature and salinity on sensors in multi-point network, and it was an efficacious approach to determine the balance between the calibration accuracy of moisture sensor and the investment of agricultural production. For example, while the calibration precision of soil temperature and salinity is respectively 1%, the costs can be reduced by 30%.     

松茸浓缩口服液制备过程中醇溶性物质的提取研究

本实验是松茸口服液制备醇溶性物质提取部分。将超声波辅助水提取和弱碱盐溶液提取后的残渣用乙醇溶液提取,以多酚和三萜的总提取率为检测指标,对提取的条件进行了探讨。研究表明,提取的最优工艺为乙醇浓度80%,提取时间30 min,提取温度70℃,在此条件下多酚和三萜的得率分别为1.16 mg/100g和0.23 g/100g。     

观赏植物菌根真菌多样性研究进展

菌根真菌具有丰富遗传多样性、形态多样性、物种多样性、生态系统多样性和功能多样性。而观赏植物是重要的依赖菌根真菌的植物类群,对于美化环境、改善生态条件、促进经济发展等方面均具有重要价值,人们给予了众多研究,其中,观赏植物菌根真菌多样性研究表明观赏植物菌根真菌具有丰富的形态、物种和功能多样性。本文系统总结了国内外观赏植物菌根真菌多样性研究所取得的成果、存在的问题,并探讨了今后研究方向,旨在为进一步开展观赏植物菌根研究与应用提供依据。     

酸化剂对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及肠道相关指标的影响

本试验旨在研究酸化剂对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及肠道相关指标的影响。选取25周龄罗曼褐壳蛋鸡672只，随机分为4个组，每组7个重复，每个重复24只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮，试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加0.05%、0.10%和0.20%酸化剂的试验饲粮，试验期60 d。结果表明：1)与对照组相比，饲粮添加0.05%酸化剂显著提高了蛋鸡的平均日采食量( P<0.05)；添加0.20%酸化剂显著降低了料蛋比( P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比，饲粮添加酸化剂显著增强了试验第30和60天的蛋壳强度( P<0.05)；添加0.20%酸化剂显著提高了试验第30和60天的蛋白高度( P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比，酸化剂的添加对试验第30和60天消化道pH没有显著影响( P>0.05)，但显著提高了十二指肠食糜中淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶的活性( P<0.05)，并显著降低了消化道大肠杆菌的数量( P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比，饲粮添加酸化剂显著提高了试验第30和60天钙与磷的表观代谢率( P<0.05)。饲粮添加酸化剂可改善产蛋鸡饲料转化效率、鸡蛋品质；提高蛋鸡肠道消化酶活性及钙、磷表观代谢率；改善肠道微生态环境。     

棉花产品质量安全与风险评估研究进展

总结了近年来在棉花纤维技术、种子分子检测技术、棉副产品综合利用和质量安全风险评估技术等方面的研究新进展,分析了我国当前棉花质量安全领域存在的问题,提出了解决质量难题的技术建议。     

Generation and analysis of expressed sequence tag sequences from a soft‐seeded pomegranate cDNA library

The cultivation of soft‐seeded pomegranate is an important direction in pomegranate breeding. To comprehensively understand the molecular mechanisms involved in the formation of soft‐seeded pomegranate (Punica granatum. var. Hongmanaozi), we established an expressed sequence tag (EST) resource. Two thousand valid sequences were generated, from which 907 unigenes were obtained after initial assembly using the clustalx program. Among these unigenes, 51 showed no similarity to any protein in the public databases, 433 matched with proteins of unknown function, and 423 matched with proteins of known or putative functions. The 423 unigenes were further classified into 13 categories. Among these categories, protein synthesis, cell structure, protein destination and storage, secondary metabolism, signal transduction and transporters accounted for 8%, 8%, 4%, 7%, 6% and 17%, respectively. We also successfully developed 10 highly polymorphic expressed sequence tag‐simple sequence repeat (EST‐SSR) markers for pomegranate. The results provide a new tool for future activities in pomegranate breeding.
